IMG_0111Monica I.Moses is from Oxford, Alabama. Monica graduated from Auburn University in May 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and a Minor in Technical and Professional Communication.  While at Auburn, she was involved in the Pre-Law Society and was a member of Alpha Omicron Pi.  She continued her education at the University of Alabama School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctor degree in May 2010.  Because of her focus on public interest law, Monica earned the Public Interest Certificate and received the Dean’s Community Service Award upon graduation.

While in law school, Monica gained experience through a legal externship with the Tuscaloosa County Circuit Court. She also served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Criminal Defense Clinic at the University of Alabama School of Law.  She worked as a Law Clerk with the firm while in law school and has been with the firm since 2009.

Monica began practicing as an Attorney with the firm upon becoming licensed to practice law in 2010.  Her practice focuses on family law, juvenile law, landlord/tenant law, personal injury cases, Social Security Disability/SSI claims, wills, and estates.

Monica is married to Eric Moses.  They attend Shades Mountain Baptist Church in Vestavia Hills.
